Returns & Exchanges 
Made to order & personalised items: 
Non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty or damaged), in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. 
Premade items: 
Returns/exchanges accepted. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days. 
Faulty/damaged items: 
Please contact us within 7 days. We'll offer a refund or exchange. 
Return conditions: 
Items must be unused, in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage (unless item is faulty). 
Refunds: 
Processed within 2 working days of receiving returned item.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently only able to ship to mainland Great Britain.

We apologise, unfortunately due to regulations we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU.

Where possible, The House of Evermore, attempts to be as 'slow of a fashion' brand as possible.  
 
The majority of our items are made to order. As The House of Evermore does not hold large quantities of stock, therefore it can take between 7-10 days to make and ship our orders. For example, if you place an order before 5pm on Monday the 1st, your order will be dispatched on or before the following Wednesday the 10th.  
 
Where possible  we endeavour to fulfil our 'made to order' orders faster than 7-10 days. If you need your order faster than this, please message us and we will accommodate where possible.  
 
For our premade items, Made for Evermore will ship within 2 working days.  
 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or message, if ordering via Etsy or social media).  
 
All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. The postage price will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
